And for good reason -we have lives to live, things to accomplish, and people counting on us. We wear a "social mask," facing the world with an acceptable neutral or even guarded expression, often not even recognizing our own feelings. In fact, we get so good at holding ourselves up that it becomes difficult to let go and relax....We need to relearn how to let go and let ourselves be held. Thai yoga bliss combines restorative yoga poses, guided meditation and Thai yoga massage into one blissful 2 hour experience. Connect with the peaceful relaxed side of you. Space is limited. Your Thai Yoga class will combine restorative yoga and therapeutic Thai Yoga massage to help promote flexibility and reduce stress. While on your mat, your teacher helps you stretch your body by working with their hands, feet and elbows. Good health and freedom from pain result from the flow of vital energies through the body tissues.
Thai Yoga massage is performed through your clothes and leaves you stretched and relaxed.
